DOG LICENSES EXPIRED ON 12/31/23.
City of Lastrup requires all dogs within city limits to be licensed. If you have a new dog that has not been licensed you will also need to complete the license application form and submit the licensing fee.
Please complete the application form(s) [located under Forms tab] and submit it/them, along with the $25 licensing fee for each dog within your household, to PO BOX 55, LASTRUP, MN 56344 or drop it/them off in the drop box at City Hall. Please remember, you may have 2 dogs per household. If you have more than that, YOU must come to the January 16, 2024 council meeting to ask for a variance. Also, each dog’s rabies vaccination must be current before the application would be approved. The deadline for 2024-25 Dog License applications is January 26, 2024; otherwise, the fee is DOUBLED! This is to comply with our city ordinance. (The form has 2022-23 for the year. We are trying to get this updated. If needed, please use and update the year.)
