Monthly meeting of the City Council was called to order at 7:00 p.m. by Mayor Kay Hoheisel. Other members present were Council Members Ross Shoultz, Pat Boser and Jackie Zehowski, Diane Schmidtz – Treasurer and Roberta Gross – Clerk.
Minutes of the last meeting were read. Motion by Jackie, 2nd by Ross to accept. Motion carried.
Treasurer’s report: Checking account $108,305.72. Motion by Pat, 2nd by Ross to accept. Motion carried.
Motion by Jackie, 2nd by Ross to pay monthly bills. Motion carried.

Motion by Jackie – 2nd by Ross, to give Chad Leikvoll a building permit to put up a fence in his yard, running east and west, 165 ft x 200 ft. Motion carried. Cost will be $30.00.
Kay will talk to Gene Kowalczyk about the snow plowing for the 2021-2022 season.
Letters will be sent to the following people to clean up their yards: Dean and Carrie Dobis, Infinite Visions, Judy Erickson, Jared Routt, Church – north side of cemetery, Gene and Carrie Kowalczyk, Mike and Theresa Wallace/Cory Hofer, Basil Harrington, and Jessica Block – where Samantha Carwell lives
