Monthly meeting of the City Council was called to order at 7:00 p.m. by Mayor Kay Hoheisel. Other members present were Council Members Ross Shoultz and Pat Boser, Diane Schmidtz – Treasurer and Roberta Gross – Clerk. Jackie Zehowski was absent.
Minutes of the last meeting were read. Motion by Pat, 2nd by Kay to accept. Motion carried.
Treasurer’s report: Checking account $110,362.97. Motion by Roberta, 2nd by Pat to accept. Motion carried.
Motion by Roberta, 2nd by Pat to pay monthly bills. Motion carried.

Rainbow Systems does not have enough staff to fix the playground now, but will keep us informed when they can do it.
Motion by Pat, 2nd by Kay to purchase fence for east side of ballpark from Elite for $16,000 total and up to $700.00 more. $4,000 donation was collected from Harding-Lastrup Sno-Dusters. Motion carried.
Motion by Ross, 2nd by Pat to have Brian Boser start the electric work in the park pavilion. Motion carried.
Motion by Pat, 2nd by Roberta to adjourn at 8:43 p.m. Motion carried.
