Monthly meeting of the City Council was called to order at 7:00 p.m. by Mayor Kay Hoheisel. Other members present were Council Members Ross Shoultz, Jackie Zehowski and Pat Boser, Diane Schmidtz – Treasurer and Roberta Gross – Clerk.
Minutes of the last meeting were read. Motion by Ross, 2nd by Pat to accept. Motion carried.
Treasurer’s report: Checking account $99,754.07. Motion by Jackie, 2nd by Ross to accept. Motion carried.
Motion by Jackie, 2nd by Ross to pay monthly bills. Motion carried.

Motion by Kay, 2nd by Ross to give Chad Leikvoll a building permit to put new siding on his house. Motion carried. Cost is $30.00.
Motion by Jackie, 2nd by Pat to give Ross Shoultz a building permit to build a new 28×30 ft garage to the north of the existing garage. Motion carried. Cost is $75.00.
Pat will ask Danny Stich with Bushwackers if he is interested in doing the lawn mowing this year.
