Monthly meeting of the City Council was called to order at 7:00 p.m. by Clerk Roberta Gross. Clerk then gave Kay Hoheisel the oath of office for her term as mayor. Kay then swore in the other members Ross Shoultz, – council member, and Diane Schmidtz – Treasurer. Pat Boser – council member was also at the meeting. Jackie was absent.
Minutes of the last meeting were read. Motion by Ross, 2nd by Pat to accept. Motion carried.
Treasurer’s report: Checking account $101,067.77. Motion by Roberta, 2nd by Ross to accept. Motion carried.
Motion by Roberta, 2nd by Kay to pay monthly bills. Motion carried.

Motion by Ross, 2nd by Pat to accept financial statement for 2020. Motion carried.
Fire meeting will be Tuesday, February 23rd at 7:30 p.m. Pat and Kay will attend.
Colin Boser was also at the meeting to get approval to hold charitable gambling at St. John’s Parish Center on May 2, 2021. Motion by Roberta, 2nd by Kay to give approval, resolution #701. Motion carried.
We will not donate to Morrison County Fairgrounds. Motion by Ross, 2nd by Pat. Motion carried.
