Monthly meeting of the City Council was called to order at 7:00 p.m. by Mayor Kay Hoheisel. Other members present were Roberta Gross – Clerk, Treasurer Diane Schmidtz and Council Members Jackie Zehowski, Pat Boser and Ross Shoultz.
Minutes of the last meeting were read. Motion by Ross, 2nd by Jackie to accept. Motion carried. Treasurer’s report: Checking account $103,698.04. Motion by Roberta, 2nd by Pat to accept. Motion carried.
Motion by Jackie, 2nd by Roberta to pay monthly bills. Motion carried.

Clerk – $175.00/mtg.
Treasurer – $195.00/mtg.
Mayor – $150.00/mtg.
Council Member – $75.00/mtg.
No deductions for 1st missed meeting, thereafter $20.00 deduction for each missed mtg.
Special meeting $20.00 for 1st hour, thereafter $8.50/hr. with minimum $50.00 total
